To guarantee the freshness of your selection, all Pretzel Crazy pretzels are created when your order is placed. Pretzel Crazy proudly ships USPS Priority Mail with the following delivery information:
East Coast: 1 to 2 business days
Mid West: 2 to 3 business days
West Coast: 3 business days
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada
We regret that we will have charge additional shipping for rerouting if you supply us with an incorrect address.
Rush Service is available an extra charge.

Please contact us at info@pretzelcrazy.com for shipping charges for orders larger than 50 Pretzel Crazy pretzels as we have different rates for quantity orders.

Custom orders:
Pretzel Crazy pretzels can be created in almost any color combination that you desire ( corporate colors, professional sports teams, school colors, baby showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, holidays etc.) Additional time as well as additional charges may be necessary. Enclosure Cards:
A gift card is included in all of our gifts. Please be sure to include your name, the name of the recipient and a short message to include with your selection.
Please include the recipient’s telephone number in the event contact must be made to complete the delivery.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately at 412-526-1300. Once the order has shipped, you will be charged for the entire order, including shipping and handling.

Refunds:
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will replace, free of charge, any damaged or unsatisfactory gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 48 hours of the gift being received.

Warm weather shipping:
When placing an order during the summer months (April 15th-Sept 30th), or to warm climates (above 75 degrees Fahrenheit) all orders must be shipped with cold packs, for an additional charge of $6.00 and we highly recommend shipping via Next Day Air. Due to the delicate nature of the chocolate, if the customer chooses not to ship this way, Pretzel Crazy cannot guarantee the shipment will arrive without melting.

Our products contain nuts
Some Pretzel Crazy pretzels are made with products that contain nuts/peanuts, and since all Pretzel Crazy pretzels are made in the same facility, there is a chance that any of our products may contain traces of nuts/peanuts. If you are allergic, we recommend you not consume our product. We apologize for this inconvenience.
